The Leam Lane Community Centre is always looking for volunteers!  

 

Volunteering can make a real difference to your own life and the lives of those around you. We want to ensure that anyone thinking about giving their time can find a volunteering opportunity/role which is right for them.

Maybe you're interested in running a self-managed community group.  How about starting an art, or chat and craft group, a self-run tots' group with your friends if you have children under three. 

 

'Meeting friends for coffee?' why not all meet up together and start your own knitting, domino, reading, poetry or history group in a safe and friendly environment.  

 

We will not lie to you, volunteering can be great fun and rewarding, but it can also be VERY challenging.  Learning new skills isnt always easy, but then on the other hand it can open up lots of new opportunities you might never have had before, so why not give it ago - email llcofficemanager@gmail.com
