Every day OUR community centre volunteers have new challenges in supporting members, getting funding is especially difficult as so many other charities are wanting support, but with your help we can keep going.

Once again the Management Committee and Member's want to thank all our volunteers especially those that have stepped up to the covid 19 challenge especially our front line volunteers and office volunteers. The volunteers have been contacting members and their families daily, weekly, or when in crisis by phone, messenger and we are now looking at zoom support. They have been shopping, took members for walks and coffee, collected prescription, knocked on isolated members to just make sure they are ok! Office staff have been taking part in Zoom meetings with other groups and organisations - our FACEBOOK page will keep you up to date with what’s happening.

Even if the centre is closed the Leam Lane Community Association CIO is still doing its best to promote community development and community support.
